By Scheduling your Appointment you agree to all Terms and Conditions

• To secure your appointment, a non refundable deposit must be made. 50% will come out of your total service price, the rest of the payment will be applied in person after your service.
• Please remove all makeup prior to coming to your appointment.
• Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out all consent forms and 10 minutes early for all further appointments to avoid taking time away from your treatment.

RESCHEDULE / CANCELLATION

• If you are feeling sick or unwell, Please reschedule - this includes runny nose, coughs, eye infections etc.
• If it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment time to avoid losing the 50% booking fee.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact me by email, call or text. PLEASE DO NOT DIRECT MESSAGE ME on social media.  This form of communication will not be considered acceptable and you will be liable for the 50% deposit.

LATE ARRIVAL / NO SHOW

• If you are late to your appointment by more than 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and the 50% booking fee service price will be charged to your card on file.
• No Call No Show - will result in a 50% booking cancellation fee that will be added to your full booking service price and charged to your card on file.
• By scheduling your appointment, you authorize Sparkling Beauty day Spa to process payment with the card on file for booking.
• I Have read and fully understand the above cancellation policy and agree to be bound by its terms.
• I agree to pay the cancellation fee in the event of a missed appointment.
